Brian Hollywood, Chief Executive Officer

Brian has more than 40 years experience working directly with the public sector. During his tenure at our company, he’s led several successful acquisitions on behalf of the company to strengthen our service offering, internal expertise and growth potential. Brian is active on several boards in both the private and public sector.

Vince Tokarcyzk, President and Chief Operating Officer

Vince has been in the electrical industry for more than 35 years, initially on the front line, working his way up through progressively senior management positions. With the steady growth and evolution of our company, in his role as President and COO, Vince manages operations across Ontario.

Glen Farrow, Chief Financial Officer

Glen is a chartered accountant and holds an undergraduate degree and an MBA from the Ivey Business School in London, Ontario. Prior to joining our team, he worked in the commercial banking sector in Ontario and Alberta for more than a decade.

Shawn Filice, President and Chief Operating Officer of Ascent's affiliate, St. Thomas Energy Inc.

Shawn has more than 20 years of experience in the utilities and electrical sector. A licensed professional engineer, he has a BaSC Honours, Electrical Engineering from the University of Windsor and an MBA from the University of Windsor and Wayne State University. Shawn is currently a member of the EDA's Operations Council, which focuses on policy issues of a technical or operational nature. He was also a member of the IESO’s Reliability Standards Standing Committee (RSSC), which governs electrical reliability standards within Ontario.
